ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• The first payment is made at the time of booking, this amount will be used to cover administrative fees and costs of components/accessories necessary for the sessions, and is therefore non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
• In the outdoor session, travel will be charged according to the location of the session.
• This budget doesn’t include a newborn session.
• We provide a make-up service in the studio, with an additional charge of €60. The appointment must be made in advance, in order to guarantee the availability of the makeup artist.
• The delivery time for digital photos is between 31 to 45 business days from the date the client completes the photo selection and makes the corresponding payment (in case of a package upgrade or purchase of additional photos). An exception applies when the company is on vacation, as vacation days will not be counted towards the delivery timeframe.
• If payment is not completed at the time of the final selection, the session will not be added to the editing queue and will remain on hold until payment is received. In such cases, editing will not begin, as priority will be given to sessions with confirmed payment.

  The stated turnaround time will begin from the date the payment is completed. If the client requires the photos within a shorter timeframe, an express delivery option is available for an additional rush fee (€350). This option is subject to the photographer’s availability and must be confirmed in advance before a formal request can be submitted.
